There are countless articles and studies done that predict this was going to happen in the Big Easy.

You know, after all the crap the federal gov't has taken, you would have thouoght that someone in the state and/or local gov't would have had a little better plan then to pray and rely on someone else. If National Geo. knew this, why didn't the mayor and governor?
